humid and hot all year

birds are competing for the same nuts and berries,The organisms under the tree canopy do not receive a lot of sunlight, so they have to compete with each other, mokeys compete for berries

mutualism: trees provide monkeys food and monkeys provide pollenation

commensalism: birds eat what ants leave behind

parasitism:These flies would attach themselves to ants and lay eggs inside them. When these eggs hatch the larvae would eat its way out of the ant's body leaving the ants dead

density independent: flooding, hurricane

density dependent:predators hunting more of a specific prey in an area due to increase in population or food supply of a species declining due to rapid growth of a population.

monkeys: cheeck pouches to store food

sloth:camofluage

tucan: developed a long, large bill. which allows it to reach fruit on branches that are too small to support its weight

liana: have their roots in the ground and climb high into the tree canopy to reach sunlight

drip tips:have adapted to cope with exceptionally high rainfall. . It is thought that these enable rain drops to run off quickly

mangroves: have wide-spreading stilt roots that support the trees in the tidal mud and trap nutritious organic matter

humans have impacted the tropical rainforest by deforestation .The forest degradation often starts with logging of prized trees such as mahogany and ipe. The removal of these large trees often damages the trees neighbouring them and animals not having homes. if nothing is done humans will not have anymore resourses to collect from the tropical rainsforest.

the tropical rainforest is related to the carbon cycle because there is an annual loss of 54 billion tons of carbon from the Brazilian Amazon, increasing greenhouse gas emissions.

the tropical rain forest is related to the nitrogen cycle because the rainforest is so big that nitrogen is a significant ingredient to the biome. Many tropical rainforests are limited in their growth due to low nitrogen levels because a large amount is absorbed into the soil.
